-Ter cooperado com agentes da policia de trânsito
-Não ter exigido tratamento especial.
-Reconhecer admitir e confessar publicamente a culpa.
-Demonstrar arrependimento poupando tempo ao tribunal
-Cumprir integralmente a lei.

Defence minister Mosioua Lekota has apologised for setting a bad example by speeding on the N1 highway in southern Johannesburg.
Lekota was arrested last Sunday near the Grasmere toll plaza for driving at 189km/h.
He appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court today.
He's better known as terror, a nickname he earned because of his usually forthright and no nonsense nature.
After pleading guilty, his lawyer read out a statement in which Lekota admitted he was wrong to have broken the speed limit.
He says he's learnt his lesson but excitable members of the South African National Defence Union wouldn't hear of it.
Singing the song Lekota has often criticised, umshini wam, the unionists only added to his humiliation.
The minister made a point of telling the court he's been exposed to unpleasant publicity emphasizing that when he was arrested he never once asked for special treatment.
